A clean and comfortable motel. Simple without any fancy amenities, but with all the basics at a good price. Recently renovated with fresh paint, furniture, and a comfortable bed. Stayed while going to Crystal Mountain, convenient location at the bottom of the highway making it an easy drive to the slopes. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with my questions and requests!
Great place for a ski trip getaway, clean room, great area, and the Keurig coffee maker was the best part of the room, cause coffee is a need in the morning!
We wanted some place close to state parks and the rivers. We want clean and inexpensive. This hotel met those requirements and it was cute. Reminded me of the hotels along Route 66 but updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. I wish they had a few rooms with a queen bed. All the rooms have two doubles. It was just the two of us and we’re used to a king bed. I almost fell out of bed our second night there! But we knew what we were getting when we made our reservation.
Great value for access to Crystal. Lots of outlets, fridge! Microwave, Hot water!! Don’t forget to turn down the fridge!! We asked for extra comforters so we could turn off the heat at night. Everything worked.
We had lots of traveling around king and pierce county.. unfortunately the 410 bridge is down so we had to go all the way around in and out of town. We needed to extend our stay from 1 to 2 to 4 days and the owners were more than accommodating for us. Our original night only had a couple rooms available so we ended up with 2 full beds with 5 people (2 adults, 3 children) and the room still had plenty of room! We brought a pack n play for the youngest and had no problems what’s so ever! Coffee close, dining close, shopping close!

Owners were super nice and attentive. Loved the vibes and look I really recommend this for hikers or passing by travelers. Buckley is quiet and beautiful town as well
